Deadspin, the Internet’s first stop for sports bloggery, recently experienced some editorial turnover. Gone is Will Leitch, the site’s original proprietor, and in are a cacophony of Internet-based authors of various degrees of journalistic integrity.
Among those now penning the veritable blog is Clay Travis, an attorney, Southern Gentlemen, and fellow Georgetown University antipathetic:
I do not like fat girls from Florida with bingo wings, people from Long Island, ‘Bama Bangs, Georgetown University, the major league baseball regular season, goatees, the NFC East, billable hours, old white men who claim that writing about sports is hard, or Jim Rome.
